Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Commissioned artwork may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the Client upon order confirmation.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

• Shipping is available via Royal Mail.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, size, and weight of the artwork.

• Clients may request expedited shipping at an additional cost.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.

• The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

International Shipping

• International shipping is available to select countries.

• Clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Packaging and Handling

• All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

• The Artist is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping, but Clients may opt for insured shipping at an additional cost.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If an order is lost in transit, the Artist will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

• If an item arrives damaged, Clients must provide photographic evidence within 3 days of receipt for resolution options.

Order Tracking

• Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

• Unclaimed packages returned to the Artist may be subject to a restocking fee.
