Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of commissioned and non-commissioned artwork by Niamh McConaghy. By purchasing artwork from the Artist, you agree to the following terms:

Commissioned Work

• Clients may request custom artwork, subject to the Artist’s availability and discretion.

• A non-refundable deposit of 30-50% is required before work begins.

• The Artist will provide updates or sketches upon request or as agreed.

• Once completed, minor revisions may be made at the Artist’s discretion. Significant changes may incur additional costs.

• The final payment must be made before the artwork is delivered.

• The Artist retains the right to decline any commission request.

Pricing and Payment

• Prices vary based on size, complexity, and materials.

• Full payment is required before shipping or pickup of non-commissioned artwork.

• Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

Shipping and Delivery

• Artwork is shipped via Royal Mail with tracking provided.

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed.

• The Artist is not liable for delays or damage caused during shipping. Clients may opt for insured shipping at an additional cost.

Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on commissioned work.

• Non-commissioned artwork may be returned within 7 days if undamaged. The Client is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds are not issued for digital downloads or customized items.

Copyright and Usage

• The Artist retains all copyrights to commissioned and non-commissioned artwork unless explicitly transferred in writing, but will request permissions to use images of commissioned work on social media and website. 

• Clients may not reproduce, resell, or modify the artwork without written permission.
